How to create a new job for my hiring process?

Godric offers two streamlined methods to initiate your hiring process:

  • • The system will then generate an optimized recruitment workflow for the role

  • • Manually enter position details and requirements
  • • Optional: Use our AI assistant to help draft a comprehensive job description
  • • Customize all elements before finalizing

Once you create the job, the interview plan and interview questions will be automatically generated.

Can different members of my team view different jobs?

Currently, all organization members have equal visibility of posted jobs. We are developing enhanced permission controls that will enable:

  • Role-based job access
  • Custom viewing privileges
  • Team-specific job management

What's the science behind Godric's AI-generated Interview Plans?

Godric AI employs an advanced algorithmic approach to develop fully customized interview plans tailored to your specific hiring needs. The system begins by conducting a detailed analysis of all provided role parameters, including required seniority level, technical skill specifications, and core competency requirements, etc.

These inputs are processed through our research backed hiring framework, which incorporates both industry-standard evaluation methodologies and organizational psychology best practices. The AI then intelligently structures the entire assessment process, strategically distributing competencies across interview stages to create an optimized evaluation flow.

How do I edit the interview plan generated for me?

Easily modify your AI-generated plan by hovering over any element to edit. Adjust competencies, rearrange stages, or modify evaluation focus to align with your hiring practices.

Interview Questions

How are the interview questions generated for me?

Godric AI creates your interview questions through a structured, two-stage process:

  1. 1First, your job requirements are analyzed through our hiring framework to identify core competencies

    These competencies and role specifications are then processed again to generate:
    • • Primary questions tailored for each interview round
    • • Contextually relevant follow-up questions

All generated questions can be freely edited to perfectly match your hiring needs.

How do I find the interview questions generated for me?

Access your AI-created questions through two convenient locations:

    The Interview Questions tab under each job:

    • • Questions organized by competency groups
    • • Includes all follow-up suggestions

    Within each Interview Brief:

    • • Contextualized based on the role and stage
    • • All questions in one glance for interview prep and in-interview usage

This dual-access system ensures you always have the right questions at hand throughout your hiring process.

Does Godric personalize interview questions for every candidate?

Currently, Godric customizes questions based on the specific role and interview round, with a strong focus on the competencies being evaluated. While we don't yet tailor questions to individual candidates, this is an exciting feature currently in development to make interviews even more personalized and effective.

Can I customize the AI-generated questions or add my own?

Absolutely. You have full control to modify any AI-generated questions. Simply navigate to the Interview Questions tab and click 'Edit Questions' within each competency section to make adjustments or add your own custom questions. This ensures the interview perfectly aligns with your needs.

Can I export generated questions to PDF/excel?

While direct export isn't currently available, you can instantly generate a shareable link that lets anyone view the interview plan and questions exactly as you see them in Godric - complete with all formatting and competency groupings. Simply click on the 'Share' button on the top right corner and send the url to your team members.

Candidate Management

What are the ways to add new candidates to Godric?

You can add candidates through two simple methods after clicking on the add candidates button:

Upload a CV through "Quick Create"

  • • Simply upload the candidate's CV in pdf or word format
  • • Godric's AI will automatically generate a profile summary
  • • Edit contact details or application stage as needed

Manual Entry through "Add Candidate"

  • • Enter basic details and application stage
  • • Upload their CV for AI processing to see the summary of the candidate's experience
Can I mass upload CVs of candidates?

Bulk upload functionality isn't currently available, but we're actively developing this feature for a future release. We'll notify all users when it becomes available.

Interview Process

How do I prepare for my interviews?

The Interview Brief is your all-in-one solution for interview preparation, providing everything you need in a single view:

  • Comprehensive candidate profile summary
  • Key competencies required for the role
  • AI-generated question sets tailored to assessment needs
  • Clear success signals for effective evaluation
How do I view the analysis of the interviews?

Once you've completed an interview, simply upload the recording through our platform. Godric will create a verbatim transcript of the conversation. Using advanced natural language processing, the AI then evaluates how the candidate's responses align with each target competency.

You'll receive an updated analysis highlighting where the candidate demonstrated particular strengths, which areas may need further exploration, and how their overall performance compares to the role requirements. This analysis automatically updates the candidate's profile, giving your entire hiring team access to these insights.

How does Godric analyse the interview?

Godric AI begins by converting interview audio into precise text transcripts, capturing every response while filtering irrelevant noise. The system then evaluates each answer against the role's core competencies, scoring performance based on demonstrated skills, problem-solving approaches, and communication effectiveness. This analysis identifies both strengths and development areas, generating an objective assessment that eliminates subjective bias.
