Currently, Godric customizes questions based on the specific role and interview round, with a strong focus on the competencies being evaluated. While we don't yet tailor questions to individual candidates, this is an exciting feature currently in development to make interviews even more personalized and effective.
Absolutely. You have full control to modify any AI-generated questions. Simply navigate to the Interview Questions tab and click 'Edit Questions' within each competency section to make adjustments or add your own custom questions. This ensures the interview perfectly aligns with your needs.
While direct export isn't currently available, you can instantly generate a shareable link that lets anyone view the interview plan and questions exactly as you see them in Godric - complete with all formatting and competency groupings. Simply click on the 'Share' button on the top right corner and send the url to your team members.

The Interview Brief is your all-in-one solution for interview preparation, providing everything you need in a single view:
Once you've completed an interview, simply upload the recording through our platform. Godric will create a verbatim transcript of the conversation. Using advanced natural language processing, the AI then evaluates how the candidate's responses align with each target competency.
You'll receive an updated analysis highlighting where the candidate demonstrated particular strengths, which areas may need further exploration, and how their overall performance compares to the role requirements. This analysis automatically updates the candidate's profile, giving your entire hiring team access to these insights.
